Gilbert K. Moran, M.D.
Dr. Moran is board certified by the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He specializes in advanced minimally invasive gynecologic procedures, low and high risk obstetrical care, basic infertility, uro-gynecology, and FDA-approved Bioidentical Hormone.
He obtained his MD from the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine. He completed his residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Kaiser Permanente’s Sunset Hospital in Los Angeles, California, in 1987.

Obstetrics
It’s important that you feel comfortable with your obstetrician and just as important that he is familiar with you and your history. As our patient, you will meet and get to know Dr. Moran at every check-up during the course of your pregnancy.

Dr. Moran and staff are committed to partnering with you to achieve a safe pregnancy, a healthy baby, and complete postpartum care. Our team approach means that the entire team will get to know you and be available to help you.
Gynecology
Dr. Moran offers innovative gynecological care for females from the age of adolescence through post-menopause.

Annual Exams
The American College of OB/GYN recommends that sexually active females and all females over the age of 18 have a well woman exam. Pelvic exams and breast exams are important in monitoring your gynecologic health and screening for infection, inflammation or other abnormal cells that may indicate disease.
In-Office Procedures
There are many minimally-invasive procedures that can be done safely and conveniently in the office. These include procedures for the evaluation and treatment of an abnormal pap smear and irregular or excessive vaginal bleeding.
Surgery
Dr. Moran is dedicated to providing exceptional surgical management and care of our patients. We offer a variety of outpatient and inpatient surgical procedures. These procedures include, but are not limited to, the treatment of ovarian cysts, heavy uterine bleeding, fibroids, pelvic organ prolapse, labial hypertrophy and evaluation and treatment of pelvic pain.
